岗位职责：
1. Provide leadership in scientific and technical consultation and laboratory testing for a large molecules bioanalysis group；
在科学性、技术性及实验室日常事务上，领导一个大分子生物分析小组；
2. Integrate operational processes, research & development and quality assurance functions for optimal performance within the labs; Manage lab work to complywith all relevant GxP regulations and
project timelines；
整合和优化运营过程、研究发展和质量管理，管理实验室工作使之满足相关的GxP要求和项目 Timeline；
3. Assume PI/RS role as needed to meet project timeline
必要时承担 PI/RS角色以满足项目Timeline
4. Communicate and interact with clients to provide project updates and resolve study issues
与客户沟通，提供项目进展和解决项目问题；
5. Provide scientific and resource support to PI to meet project needs across the department
为 PI提供科学和资源上的支持来满足项目需要；
6. Write and review lab practices and SOPs, and identify areas that need improvements
撰写和审阅实验室实践和SOP，提供改进措施；
7. Review the study data to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the study document
审阅项目数据，以确保项目文件的完整与准确。


任职要求：
制药、生物或其它相关领域的博士，至少1.5年的相关工作经验;
或硕士至少4年的相关工作经验;
或本科学历及至少7年在制药或相关领域的工作经验。
