Responsibilities: 1. Supply Chain Management (50%) 61 Develop and optimize supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. 61 Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely product availability while minimizing stockouts or overstocking. 61 Coordinate and manage logistics processes, including import and export operations, working closely with logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation. 61 Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, continuously improving processes. 2. Purchasing Management (40%) 61 Develop, maintain, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring a stable and reliable supply chain. 61 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost savings and favorable terms. 61 Regularly evaluate supplier performance, focusing on delivery timeliness, product quality, and responsiveness. 61 Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure purchased products meet technical specifications and customer needs. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting (10%) 61 Generate regular reports on key supply chain and purchasing performance metrics (KPIs) to support management decisions. 61 Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to forecast factors that could impact procurement costs.
Qualifications: Educational Background: 61 Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, procurement, or related fields. Professional Experience: 61 Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and purchasing management, preferably in the tools or industrial products sector. 61 Familiarity with technical product specifications and functionality, with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers on technical matters. Technical Skills: 61 Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., UFIDA, SAP or Oracle) for purchasing and inventory management. 61 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities. 61 Deep understanding of supply chain and procurement processes, including cost control and risk management. Language Skills: 61 Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international suppliers and internal teams. Soft Skills: 61 Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills. 61 Problem-solving mindset with logical thinking, capable of working independently and collaboratively. 61 High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Compensation and Benefits: Compensation Package: Annual Salary Range: 260,000 to 300,000 RMB, based on qualifications and experience.
