An operational leader who can provide strategy and direction to lead the team in achieving company goals (including but not limited to profit and sales) by delivering operational excellence and impeccable customer service standards.
Responsibilities: -Capable of setting and delivering KPI and sales targets by identifying action points with diligent follow-through. -Train and maintain a high standard of operational excellence and customer service. Consistent feedback and evaluation to frontline team to maintain standards. -Set up new stores within PRC to ensure the ability to generate income (including business license, store design, store fit out, recruitment and other operation needs). -Handle and resolve customer complaints as necessary. -Manage relationship with landlord and relevant government bodies as needed to ensure clear understanding of any new regulations or requirements. -Ensure hygiene and food safety is adhered to at the highest standards deemed necessary by the relevant government departments (eg: FDA and other licensing departments as needed). -Work with marketing team (and internal teams) to identify optimum promotion mechanism to deliver business goals. -KPI analysis to identify business gaps and identify solutions to fill those gaps. -Timely delivery of quality reports as needed by supervisor, relevant internal company departments (including but not limited to HR, finance) and external departments (including but not limited to shipping / logistic company, warehouse) as needed. -Ad hoc duties as deemed necessary by the company to assist in the growth of the business. This may include support of B2B, wholesale and consignment business or other projects as deemed necessary by management.
Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. -Must have understanding of food preparation. Any degree or technical training in food preparation and/or hygiene safety is preferred. -At least 10 year of F&B experience with minimum 5 years in leadership role. -Fluency (written, reading and verbal) in Putonghua and English. Cantonese ability will be an asset. -Business analytic ability to make business decisions. -Proven leadership skills and have led multiple stores. -Experienced with POS, eCRM and MS office. -Experience with sales budget and KPI analysis. -Good understanding of the light F&B industry market trends. -High personal integrity. -Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate effectively. -Ability to inspire confidence and create trust. Frequent store visits and traveling required. Due to the nature of the job, out of office hour coordination and correspondence with store, office and suppliers expected.
