Responsibilities: a) Support business from sales perspective, ensure the daily operation runs smoothly and communication for business change. b) Ensure regular process support for sales teams including sample management, payments, on-boarding handling, sales aids management, new joiner orientation, etc. c) Support sales teams for bidding, including bidding material collection, chop application, etc. d) Office administration work support as necessary. e) Other SOP supporting like meeting arrangement (Monthly Sales & MKT Forum, ad-hoc sales meeting) & sales operation process optimization. f) Help to ensure action plans taken after sales meeting. g) Other Ad-hoc tasks/ project support assigned by line manager.
Qualification Requirement - Bachelor degree or above. - Relevant experiences in multi-national company. - Proficient in oral & written English and Chinese, good PC skills. - Excellent communication /interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing service orientation and teamwork. - Pays attention to details and possesses excellent organizational skills to manage documents and processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills - High sense of responsibility. - Self-awareness and Adaptability. - Three years of work experience above.
