Main Responsibilities:
61 Perform supplier inspection for certain component (repeated issue component, important component or big component which can’t be inspected during incoming inspection)
61 Review and adjust supplier’s inspection plan
61 Review supplier’s inspection result
61 Cooperation with WSM and SCM for localization and follow up sample manufacturing, inspection, 3rd party testing
61 Maintain and improve the QA/QC processes and practices in the Company
61 Responsible for daily quality management in own responsibility area
61 Quality planning related tasks for new projects and products
61 Quality issue collection for new products and root cause analysis
61 Follow up supplier quality development and make corrective actions
61 Plan and follow up corrective & preventive actions in production based on feedback
61 Comply with CWEC’s safety guideline during daily operation activity
61 Strictly follow work instruction and safety instruction
61 Use PPE in proper way
61 Employee has right to stop unsafe work and report to supervisor
61 Report near miss and hazard observation and implement corrections
61 Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
61 Good measurement skills, including CMM skills
61 NDT (PT, MT, UT) skills is preferred
61 Good understanding of different material standard
61 5 years’ above related experience in manufacturing company or working with supplier quality
61 Bachelor’s degree or above in quality or mechanical engineering
61 Knowledge of marine engine and Wartsila QA standard and products is preferred
61 Solid knowledge of machining, casting, welding
61 Good English and Chinese speaking and writing skills
