Key Responsibilities:
1.Build data foundations(list as below) for Sinodis data use cases (PBI simplification, Customer 360, Stock Visibility,etc)
2.Design, construct and maintain efficient and reliable data pipeline and warehouses from diverse data sources.
3.Develop and maintain ETL process to ensure data integrity and consistency.
4.Design, construct and maintain business area data pool for consumption by data applications (e.g.: Power BI)
5.Collaborative with data analysts and business to understand data requirements and provide technical support (e.g.: data collection, ad hoc queries, reporting, dashboard).
6.Work closely with technical teams, including data scientist, architect to ensure alignment of development activities.
7.Document data engineering work process, including ETL workflows, data mapping and architecture diagrams.
8.Provide training and support to team members on the data platform.

Experience requirements:
1.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, prefer to have specific experience on Talend or Alibaba cloud-based data platform.

Technical Skills requirements
1.Strong knowledge and Experience with ETL tools （experience with Talend is a big plus） and processes, including data extraction, transformation and loading into a cloud environment. (experience with Alibaba cloud environment is plus)
2.Knowledge of data modelling, schema design and database optimization.
3.Proficiency in one of the data platforms below is a big plus:
1）Alibaba Cloud data services (e.g.: Maxcompute, hologress)
2）Azure data services (e.g.: Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL databases, Azure Synapse Analytics)
3）Understanding of data governance, data security and compliance best practices.
4）Proficient in data visualization such as power bi or similar is a plus.
5）Strong programming skills in Python, Java or Scala are a plus (Could be used in Data digest solutions ETL workflows, etc.)
