Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager or Assistant Marketing Director to lead off-line marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving impactful global-level CMO events and campaigns, managing various offline events in the APAC and China regions (including tradeshows and workshops), and developing creative marketing tools for global use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, campaign execution, and creative marketing, with a proven ability to drive engagement and deliver results.
Core Responsibilities: 1. Global CMO Events and Campaigns Develop and execute strategic global-level events and campaigns aligned with the company's strategy. Lead the planning and implementation of high-impact events and campaigns, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our CMO services. 2. APAC & China Events Management Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of offline events in the APAC and China regions, including tradeshows and workshops. Manage logistics, speaker coordination, and content development to ensure events are tailored to regional needs while maintaining global brand consistency. Ensure seamless execution of events, from conceptualization to post-event follow-up, to maximize ROI and engagement. 3. Creative Marketing Tools Development. Develop and implement innovative marketing tools for global use, including: promotion videos, VR tools, customer testimonial tools, etc. 4. Collaboration and Strategy Drive strong internal collaboration within the marketing team to ensure cohesive planning and execution of marketing activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to deliver results efficiently and effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and industry stakeholders to support marketing activities.
Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor and above degree in Marketing, or biologics 2. Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing, with strong capabilities and deep experience in event management, campaign execution, and creative marketing initiatives. Experience in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry is preferred. 3. Skills: Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale marketing events and campaigns. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking and live hosting. Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on innovation and impact.
