Primary Responsibilities
61 Lead, supervise & facilitate transportation, Customs team. Develop & nurture the team to support & value-add to the business in APAC regional.
61 Develop & document SOP. Continuously improve process to innovatively meet business needs, operational improvement & opportunities.
61 Manage vendors from freight forwarding, brokerage & event management.
61 Build strong cross functional relationship within the organization.
61 *** contact point to follow up on International transportation, customs affairs & projects.

Merchandise+NM Logistics
61 Oversee all import & export processes to ensure timely deliveries with proper & accurate documentation.
61 Optimize logistics flows to ensure merchandise is supplied to stores safely in the shortest time & at the minimum cost.
61 Stay vigilant on brokerage activities for all transport means at all ports of entry.
61 Ensure effective & safe operation of logistics system for daily operation & improve work efficiency.

Project
61 Plan strategic logistics arrangement with vendors & internal departments to meet target deadlines, service levels & cost.
61 Coordinate & supervise seamless execution. Initiate corrective actions when needed.

Supplier Management
61 Drive regular KPI review to ensure appropriate action plans & initiatives are discussed, agreed upon & implemented.
61 Work with stakeholders for tender, vendor evaluation and awarding, on-boarding the selected vendors and ensure smooth roll-out

Budgeting
61 Validate, Track & review cost and monitor periodic freight&Duty
61 Generate Annual Budget

Team Management
61 Recruit, develop and manage his/her team. Ensure the transfer of know-how and develop expertise.



Requirements:
61 3+ years solid experience in managing Logistics preferably in Luxury Retail.
61 Good command of both written English and Mandarin
61 Proficient in MS Excel & Word, Chinese Word Processing and Tradelink
61 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible, result driven, Initiative contribution.
