Key R&R:
Guarantee customer's satisfaction in scope of products/solutions/applications specific and solely sold to Greater China market.
1. Support China team in new suppliers or new technologies assessment.2. Following New Operation Model process, take accountability of quality assurance in China projects3. Manage supplier quality and ensure compliance of all quality contracts with Traded Goods suppliers, joint
ventures, or OEM customers.
4. Manage claims, quality gaps and associated action plans, Responsible to Monitor Products & Solutions quality during lifecycle and initiate and track all necessary actions to fix Quality issues, Lead and manage crisis units.
Profile:1. Bachelor degree or above and majored in Mechanical design or Electric or Electrical automation2. 5-10Y experiences in QA related, strong in DOA, in a supervising role accountable for the roadmap definition process launching & optimization, potential risks identification and mitigation plan setting3. Preferrable to have 2-4Y experience in engineering, technical support, product management. Good knowledge in Low Voltage product, such as ACB, MCCB, MCB, etc.
4. Good business sense and customer oriented, Accountable and brave in taking responsibility, mature under pressure, constructive and collaborative way of working with peers in manager and above level.5. English as a working language.
