Principal Accountabilities/Main Functions 主要职责
1) Demand Planning and Collaborative forecasting 需求计划与协同预测
61 Collect input in sales forecast system, initiate regular forecasting meetings with sales team to collect and review sales forecast.
收集销售预测系统数据，与销售小组展开定期的预测会议，评估与审查销售预测。
61 Work out consensus forecast by analysis statistical forecast, review forecast con-flict in planning system and aligning with sales intelligence for operational mate-rials planning;
通过分析统计数据，使用预测计划系统工具，以及综合销售市场信息来制定最终需求预测，以用于制定物料计划.
61 Communicate with sales team on forecast to prevent the overstock or shortage
与销售小组进行对预测的沟通，以减少滞销或缺货的产生

2) Supply Planning 供应计划
61 Monitor materials supply situation based on inventory, forecast demand and safety stock, identify supply bottlenecks and manage shortage.
根据库存，需求预测和安全库存设置，实时监控物料供给状态，发现供应瓶颈以及管理物流短缺。
61 Communicate and coordinate with manufacturing plants or external suppliers for production plan to mitigate supply disruptions or inventory slow moving.
与内部生产工厂或外部供应商沟通协调生产计划，以降低物料供应短缺或库存呆滞风险。
61 Plan, apply and arrange the premium delivery.
计划、申请及安排非常规运输.

3) Materials purchasing and order expediting 物料采购与订单跟踪
61 Check all order confirmations/invoices issued by external suppliers and follow up all orders to ensure accurate PO based on price regulation, lead time and deliv-ery requirements;
检查外部供应商所回复的订单确认、发票，以确保采购订单在价格、交货期和交货要求方面的准确.
61 Communicate with external suppliers to ensure the on-time delivery and maintain the purchase order status timely;
与外部供应商沟通，以确保订单的准时交货，并及时更新采购订单状态.
61 Complain to manufacturing plants or external suppliers for delivery problems in-cluding lead time, packing & over/short delivery.
对货物交付方面，如交货期、包装与短溢货向内部生产工厂或外部供应商进行投诉。

4) Inventory Control 库存控制
61 Monitor inventory closely, initiate and /or lead slow moving depletion or disposal process once there is slow down in a particular stock
监控库存情况，在库存滞销时提出和/或制定滞销库存的消耗.
61 Propose safety stock level to achieve good level of product availability for cus-tomer’s satisfaction as well as to maintain low inventory level.
提出安全库存设置水平，在满足客户需求的同时将库存维持在较低水平，以达到合理的物料可获取性。

5) Data analysis 数据分析
61 Collect, analyze, and provide monthly report on performance of demand planning, inventory management and take actions for continuous improvement.
收集、分析及提供物料需求，库存管理相关数据的月度报告，并进行持续改进。

6) Training 培训
61 Keep up to date on the latest developments in areas of materials coordinating and apply them into practice for improvement;
保持在物料管理方面信息与知识的更新，并将此运用于实际的工作之中.
61 Attend training organized by company and apply into practice;
参加公司所组织的培训，并将其运用于实际工作之中.
61 Entitled to raise individual training request to her supervisor or HR; responsible to control related training expense.
向其上级主管或人力资源提出个人培训需求，并对培训相关费用进行合理控制。

7) Expense Control 费用控制
61 Control expenses to comply with company budget, apply cost-effective principle.
结合公司预算对费用按费用-效用原则进行合理控制.

8) Occupational Safety/Environmental Protection 职业安全/环境保护
61 Ensure compliance with statutory and company regulations relating to occupa-tional safety, accident prevention and environmental protection;
确保职业安全、事故预防与环境保护，并使其符合相关的法规.
61 Ensure that work areas are safe and clean;
确保工作区域的安全与整洁.
61 Report safety potential hazards if any to Safety Committee.
向安全委员会报告潜在的风险。
9) Human resources management 人力资源管理
61 Under guidance of his/her supervisor to achieve quality objectives and work plans and develop individual’s skills and experience;

4. Requirements & Qulifications 任职资格
10) Education Background 教育背景：
61 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field
本科学历，供应链相关专业

11) Skills/Capabilities/Working Experience Requirement 岗位技能/工作经验要求：
61 Experience on materials management for 3 years or above;
3年或以上物料管理相关工作经验.
61 Persistent and diligent; investigative & readiness to learn;
