Job Responsibilities：
Analyze monthly sales forecast and work with sales to continuously improve forecast accuracy.

Collaborate with Sales team on demand changes for existing and new business and timely adjust supply plan accordingly.
应对现有业务和新业务需求变化，及时调整供应计划。
Release production schedule to Production and issue purchasing requisition to Purchasing to ensure daily customer requirements.
向生产部发布生产计划，向采购部发出采购申请单，以确保客户的日常需求。
Manage and analyze inventory & SLOB to meet target.
管理和分析库存和SLOB以达到目标。
Analyze & optimize stock policy, safety stock, lead time to ensure reliable supply & keep low inventory.
分析和优化库存政策，安全库存，交货期，以确保可靠的供应和保持低库存。
Collaborate with relevant departments on special requirements and exceptional cases to meet customer requirements.
与相关部门合作解决特殊需求和特殊情况，确保满足客户需求。
Be prepared and attend monthly S&OP meetings, SLOB meetings and follow up actions.
准备并参加每月S&OP会议，SLOB会议并跟进行动。
Support new projects and complete reports.
支持新项目, 完成报告。

Qualifications：
Bachelor degree or above, CPIM certification will be a plus.
本科及以上学历，有CPIM认证者优先。
At least 3 years Planning working experience in chemical manufacturing environment.
3年以上化工制造工厂相关计划经验。
Good at Microsoft software, SAP experience will be a plus.
熟练使用微软软件，有SAP经验者优先。
Clear communication and willing to take responsibility.
沟通清晰，愿意承担责任。
Logic mindset and excellent analyzing skill.
逻辑思维和优秀的分析能力。
Fluent English (CET 4 or above).
流利的英语（英语四级或以上）。
