In your new role you will:
Characterization of GaN discrete and modules to understand application-relevant static and dynamic electrical performance
Prepare technical collateral, including application notes, technical papers and customer presentations
Analyze, develop, and optimize power electronics topologies and circuits that demonstrate the advantages of GaN
Work with customers, product definition, and marketing to define product roadmap and product enhancements

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
MSEE or Ph.D, preferred with working experience in semiconductor or power supply industries
Experience with automotive power conversion systems, such as OBC, Inverter, and HVDCDC is highly desired
Experience in semiconductor product applications and/or definitions engineering and customer support is highly desired
Experience in semiconductor design, packaging and qualifications is a plus
Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the organization from program management to IC design, marketing, FAE’s and sales to ensure companies success
Can effectively multi-task, manage priorities and solve technical problems independently
Self-motivated, self-learning, and a good team player
Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
