As JetBrains continues to expand its business activities, We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work to maintain close working relationships with our existing customers and help grow the business. With such relationships, the key is not only to sell our tools but also to provide added value for prospective customers via better integration between their products and our tools.
As part of our team, you’ll: * Manage existing large accounts and work proactively to preserve and develop them. * Handle escalations from customers and help manage expectations both with the internal product team and with the customer. * Visit customer offices and/or meet onsite at conferences and other events when necessary. * Work with business developers and customer success engineers onboarding customers to JetBrains tools and solutions and design customer growth programs. * Provide pre-sales and post-sales support * Help customers with subscription renewals, purchases, licensing issues * Maintain current knowledge of product line, prices, and various promotions. * Design solutions to meet customer’s needs * Identify growth opportunities * Set up and maintain the relationships with assigned key accounts
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you: * Are knowledgeable about software development tools. * Experience in the game or Fin-tech industries is a plus. * Five or more years experience of software sales * Native Chinese Speaking & Fluent spoken and written English * Ability to communicate efficiently. * Excellent teamwork skills.
