● Draft and review various contracts related to community activities and IP, such as community activities operation contract, co-branding agreement, sports sponsorship agreements etc. ● Analyze and advise on the legal risk of community activities and sports sponsorship and review the necessary safety standards, emergency plan, disclaimers, etc. ● Keep abreast of any new sports, activities laws and regulations and share the stakeholders with essential digests of the observations. Ensure the community activities comply with all applicable regulations and policies. ● Support internal guidelines establishment and management process optimization. ● Keep effective communication with business team to understand the business activities framework, business models and demand regarding licenses, IP, and community events. ● Undertake other daily or project-based work as per request.
Requirements:
● Law degree from an accredited law school and bar equivalent qualification. Overseas education background is preferred. ● Minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience. Previous experience of working in or for a consumer-facing brand is a plus. ● Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and devise creative solutions and strategies for resolution. ● A quick and independent learner, intelligent, and excited by dynamic change. ● Sound analytical, communication and project management skills with a strong attention to details and ability to synthetize and communicate legal concepts to business team. ● Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism.
