Operation Finance Manager is responsible for Operation financial reporting planning in China Becker. This position is to ensure product costing is accurate in system and is well control and monitored and operational financial reporting and planning are delivered on time in good Quality.
This person will report to China Reginal Controller to implement initiatives and strive for operation excellence in China.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS
· Collaborate with local Accounting and Finance team to ensure product costing is accurate
· Provide timely operation financial reporting and analysis
· Support enterprise transfer price policy and reporting requirements
· Manage and support global regional operation initiatives and special projects
· Support global risk management and compliance programs and policies-including insurance coverage claims and general and professional liability
· Leading operational budgeting and forecasting processes for China Becker operation
· Partner with IT to optimize global ERP systems protocols and reporting tools.
· Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
Education (i.e. 4-year college degree, license, certification)
· Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance or accounting.
Experience (i.e. years of work experience related to the job)
· At least 8 years’ experience in multi-national manufacturing company, and at least 5 years’ experience on financial analysis and 1+ year on manager/supervisor role.
Knowledge / Technical Requirements (List programs, technologies, knowledge required to perform essential job responsibilities)
· Strong communication skills, smart, careful, proactive, and energetic.
· Sensitive to numbers, with good business acuity and analysis skills
