Job Scope: - Inventory rolling tracking monthly and forecast (product wise) based on ST learning and inventory level - PP channels buying framework, OTB plan, assortment & depth plan by store - Product lifecycle management, include seasonal carryover plan, outlet plan, return & close out - Tracking product performance in detail level, cooperate with cross function team to provide action to adjust buying strategies to maximize sell-through - Trade meeting related support, participate in GTM process, share seasonal key product and merch strategy to cross function - Trend analysis and market research, consumer behavior and competitor brands range updates and highlight, key item pricing strategy, consolidate and feedback to global merch, optimize China future range Other tasks to support line manager Requirements: - At least 6 years related merchandising function working experience - Bachelor or above - Strong planning logic, data analysis skills with advanced excel & ppt. - Strong business mindset, strong ownership, detail & result driven, better to have own-retail merch experience. - Rich knowledge in apparel, outdoor. Great sense of color and knows fashion trend in market. - Good at cross functional communication and good written and oral English.
