1. Ensure the equipment is in a good and stable production state. 确保机器的稳定性。
2. Monitoring X302 ink life time and arrange the replacement. 监控X302机器的油墨使用时限并准时安排替换。
3. Closely work with process engineer on new products test and follow up. 与工程师紧密合作完成新产品的测试及跟踪测试结果。
4. Propose and set up the improvement of machine to optimize quality and/or reduce the cost. 有效提出改进计划进一步优化生产质量和降低成本。
5. Every day calibration all engraving machine with good condition. 负责监控每天校正的所有刻字机在良好生产状态。
6. Weekly for Auto mapper machine calibration and cleaning. 负责自动测量机的每周校正和清洁。
7. Monitor the engraving power added daily and make adjustment. 监控每日的刻字功率并及时作出调整。
8. Transfer good sharing of technical information with production team and meet the production requirement. 及时将及时信息与车间进行交流并符合生产需求。
9.Monthly calibration the NIDEK. 负责每月的校验测量仪器。
10. Work with MASS QA team on ensure the ambient light in FC. 配合大规模生产质量部人员确保检验包装车间环境光源在标准范围内。
11. Monthly follow up the suggestion and BBS. 每月跟踪建议完成率和行为安全规范。
12. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. 完成领导布置的其他工作任务。

岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，有相关工作经验者优先。
2. 掌握办公自动化软件工具。
3. 和班组领班间有良好的团队合作和沟通能力。
4.能适应翻班的工作节奏。
