Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the local Quality Assurance/Engineering
- Coordinating and optimizing the testing work steps in incoming inspection, during production and in final inspection regarding product quality, testing results and testing efforts
- Organizing, structuring and analyzing material and product related data from the ongoing production to reduce quality problems
- Supporting and analyzing internal and external System and Process Audits as well as Supplier and Customer Audits; follow up audit measures and verifying the effectiveness
- Supporting process efficiency improvements by introducing and maintaining LEAN principles in operational and administrational processes; providing trainings in Quality Assurance/Engineering as well as improvement methodologies
- Coordinating customer complaint, customer audit and customer related requirements

Main Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with respective additional qualification in Quality Assurance/Engineering
- Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance; experiences with ISO 9001
- Quality and Testing Methods, MSA, APQP, PPAP
- Minimum 1 year's experience in process industry
- Knowledge and experience with graphite and machined parts
- Optional: Experiences in Six Sigma, Lean Management, etc.
- Optional: Laboratory experinces (material lab, measurelab)
- Strong communication skill
- Proficient in English language
