Category Sourcing Management 61 Lead and fulfill the development and implementation of procurement Digital &ECOM category related strategies in alignment with relevant business partners, sourcing scope including Digital solutions/projects with cross functional involvement to engine business for both online and offline, ECOM 3rd party platforms strategic cooperation-Tmall, JD, Tiktok, PDD, Red; and ecosystem partner services of different platforms; Traffic investment; ECOM own site platform operation services incl..COM, BOS, Confirmed App and Wechat Mini program; online/offline payment charge, ECOM freight insurance and ECOM related new initiatives etc with about 80 Million Euro for GCA market 61 Lead creation and implementation of sourcing and supplier strategies and ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards and guidelines. 61 Lead and shape supplier selection processes in alignment with business partners, negotiate service scope, cost and contract term of routine category sourcing projects. Ensure transparency and openness in bidding and evaluation process. Conduct e-sourcing and catalogue sourcing to support tactical buying establishment for China scope 61 Implement category supplier relationship management, supplier performance review and supplier database maintenance. 61 Understand the supply market and keep routinely informed of industry specific conditions, evolution and sourcing activities 2.
