To maximize the customer satisfaction on service quality and capability with providing professional service and consultancy while promote service products to support service NIS. Job Description: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Working independently for service work of Atlas Copco IAS product: 61 ADH and SPR repair/PM/ installation/troubleshooting 61 Correctly and timely filling the work order and service report; 61 Finishing service documents according as Atlas Copco or customer’s standard 61 Doing well work plan; 61 Assisting team leader’s work about service contract; 61 Providing the long term on-site service for customer according as the business requirement; 61 Coaching other on-site engineer to finish service work; 61 Assist service manager/team leader to manage on-site workshop, ensure adequate facilities and equipment to fulfill repairing need; 61 Good cooperation and relationship with customer; 61 Getting the necessary authorization for onsite service according as the customer’s regulations; 61 Contacting team leader closely for updated information in company and providing technique request and quality information according as customer‘s feedback 61 Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager.
Candidate Profile: Education 61 Graduate from undergraduate college in mechanical or electrical engineering or above Experience 61 At least 2 years experiences in aftermarket service of industry product (automation specialty industry) Knowledge 61 Robot application or automation specialty knowledge 61 Certification of Low-voltage electrican is a plus
