工作职责: Your main target is to manage and involve Localization projects to develop and release the products with local production capability based on PPAP process with approved suppliers. To achieve this you are able to perform product-and process analysis, audits and data analysis. You are able to define and lead improvement projects within a multidisciplinary team. You understand the importance of working with and influencing stakeholders in and outside your department and company. You are able to build a relation with suppliers and customers without losing your ability to focus on business risk and result. Your strength is to oversee the whole picture with maintaining attention for detail. You know how to work with LEAN/SIX Sigma methods, 8D and PPAP. You are able to perform in- and external audits and assessments. Communication and interview skills are key. The function requires drive and initiative. Key is a pro-active attitude focused on preventing problems and learning from previous mistakes.
Tasks: 1. Perform audits as a lead auditor for suppliers and follow up findings to closure based on 8D problem solving method 2. Manage/involve industrialization projects with Quality PPAP method for high complexity products 3. Quality involvement of product development, working together with R&D to define dimension requirements criteria e.g., equipment, method, tolerance etc. to release product 4. Feedback to R&D and sourcing manager with optimization ideas 5. Understand trending data and knows how to interpret data with reports 6. Involve Supply Selection
任职资格: 1. Bachelor or master’s in industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 2. 5-8 SQE working experience in industrial or Mechanical companies 3. Good English communication 4. Excellent communication skills 5. External Auditor for ISO9001 standard 6. Team player with pro-active and flexible working attitude 7. Analytical – able to perform statistical analysis 8. Experience with Problem Solving methods, SPC, PPAP 9. Experience in a production environment is considered as an advantage
