Solventum Medical Surgical Business Group is recruiting for an amazing Clinical Specialist Leader for Sterilization business in China. As the Clinical Specialist Leader for Sterilization Assurance, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Led a team of Clinical Specialists of Sterilization in presenting clinical evidence, providing product training, and professional education programs, and leveraging initiatives that promote best practices to help our customers improve patient lives.
Going deep in the hospital clinical process and providing proper solutions to facilitate change in clinical practice.
Deliver application training, and support to build hospital clinical protocol of assigned portfolio Product & clinical training to Sales Specialist and Distributor Sales Reps, tracking and improving Sales Reps’ knowledge.
Problem-solving skills: liaise with Sales Specialist & regional team for customer quality complaint solving.
Liaise with marketers to develop product messages and marketing material.
Key User management: develop and engage Key Users of the assigned portfolio to Solventum educational activities.
Be accountable for the implementation of marketing programs for assigned portfolios to ensure flawless execution.
Keeps abreast with the target audience's changing behaviors, industry and market trends, regulations, customer needs, potential, and competitors, and advancements to inform and enhance clinical and technical best practices.
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing budgetary allocations; ensuring cost effectiveness while maintaining high performance standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.

The Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor of Preventive Medicine/Biochemistry/Chemistry, Master or Doctor degree is a big plus.
At least 8 years’ experience in the Hospital ICU/ DR/CSSD( Central Sterile Services Department) Department. Fluent in English communication (verbal & writing), and English clinical research comprehension.
