岗位职责：
1. Develop China development strategy and clinical development plan for 3ADCs and Alpha
2. Create protocol and CSR for China local study
3. Provide medical inputs for IND/NDA submssion and HA consultation
4. Act as medical monitor to oversee the China local study or China part in global study
5. Connect and engage with KEEs at project and study level

岗位要求：
1、Clinical medicine with master degree or above
2、More than 3 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry，at least 2 years experience in clinical development. Having experience of medical monitoring and IND/NDA submission
3、Fluent in verbal and written English
4、 Strong capability of work prioritization and deliver results with parallel multiple tasks. Good communication skill (theoretical thinking and properly communicate considering counterpart)
5、Collaborative and open-minded. Capability to overview things and to identify issues. Accountable, dedicated, persistent, and flexible
6、Industry experience in oncology clinical development in gynecologic disease area is preferred.
7、Gynecology backgroud is preferred.
8、Gynecology clinical work experience in hospital is preferred.
