Your main responsibilities are
61 Manage Product Quality issues for products and support their resolution (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Concessions, Quality Alerts)
61 Support Engineering Compliance and Type Approval for current and new products (MED-D, Ex, Type Approvals etc.)
61 Ensure compliance for 9001/14001/45001.
61 Liaison with local authorities for the compliance of Quality and HSE regulations.
61 Perform necessary HSE activities for the offices and assembly facilities (risk assessments, hazard identification, management of hazardous substances, etc.)
61 Perform internal, external, supplier, and support customer audits when required.
61 Data reporting of quality performance for products and facilities and related risks.
61 Facilitate the creation and documentation of business processes.
61 Create internal Declarations of Compliance, Authorisations to third parties.
61 Supports supplier qualifications and tenders where quality or HSE information is required.
61 Act as security officer (facility security) at local premises.
61 Develop and implement QHSES training programs.
61 Lead Non-conformity and incident investigations.
61 Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
You will shine in this role when you have:
Qualifications:
61 Technical background (Mechanical, Electronic or similar)
61 Ideally with an Engineering degree (industrial, production, electric, computer, or comparable).
61 Certification as internal auditor for ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001

Experience:
61 Minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar quality position.
61 Ideally with product experience (specialisation in a specific ANCS product line).
61 Experience with MED certifications for the marine industry or similar.

Skills:
61 Strong analytical skills and experience of data analyse tools and software.
61 Achieving results through strong and collaborative teamwork in multicultural environment.
61 Proactive facilitator with excellent interpersonal skills.
61 Good written and spoken in English. Other languages are considered a plus.
61 Strong knowledge of QHSE disciplines.
61 Management system knowledge and implementation experience.
