Minimum experience & qualifications 岗位要求 1. University graduate in (Mechanical is preferred) engineering or equivalent. 2. Min. 8 years of experience in engineering, production, project or quality management roles in an industrial environment. Excellent supplier quality management skills to develop assigned suppliers’ quality system and manufacturing process. 3. Good understanding and experience in minimum one of the technologies: metal forming, stamping & bending, welding, heat treatment or zinc plating / surface treatment. 4. Solid in quality and problem solving methodologies, very good ability to develop concepts for prevention, improvements on the product, system, process or organizational level 5. Familiar with supplier development and quality assurance and able to perform supplier audits 6. Preference with track record in product development (3 years of experience in international teams), fastening technology experience will be a plus 7. Good moderation and communication skills, fluent in English (oral and written) 8. Willingness to travel at least 50% at suppliers/plant job site.
Responsibilities 职位职责
1. Manage supplier quality and drive supplier development to Hilti expected quality level. 2. Responsbile for the quality of assigned product portfolio over whole product lifecycle. 3. Plan and conduct routine supplier audits and workshops with existing suppliers to detect improvement potentials and discuss quality and technical issues to support suppliers on quality improvements. 4. Manage Risks and drive implementation of preventive actions throughout the value chain. 5. Cooperate with cross functional teams and lead the quality related activities in TTM with requited report on quality deliverables in project process implementation. 6. Cooperate with marketing team to handle the customer complaint for responsible product portfolio. 7. Responsible for defining Inspection plan and implementation, inspection technology application and method standardizing. 8. Be deputy of Team leader in absence of Teamleader. 9. Work on any other duties and projects assigned by the direct superior.
