This position is responsible for overall success of project execution within muti-departments and/or cross-functional areas with domestic and internatiional partners. Independently manage project, fullfill PM guidelines, be responsible for scope/cost/time management, risk management, contract management, qulality management and etc.

Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team during acquisition phase and LoA process
Contract analysis and management to fulfile the contract
- Project planning, organize and lead the project execution team with support from function managers to make sure the good management of engineering, installation/commissioning and acceptance, TM (Technical Manger) and Process engineer will be the technical controller in their own areas
- Project procurement management and supplier supervision
- Project risk and claim management, project reviewing and reporting
- On Primetals's behalf towards customers and other interfacing partners to keep good customer relationship
- Motivate and lead project team members as leadership
- Complete other tasks from superior arrangement

Requirements:
Major in electrical automation and have 5-8 years expeirence in metal inustry/heavy industry, 2-3 years of project manager experience. The exprience in hot mill is preferred.
Have skills on project management including PM tools, communication, negotiation and leadship
Have the knowledge on financial, commercial and logistic, contract and legal
