1. Responsible for the management of corresponding customer solutions, including but not limited to pre-sales and after-sales demand analysis, program design, bidding technical solutions, project demand management, etc. 2. Connect with customer technical interface personnel, complete customer demand research, demand design, demand tracking and demand acceptance work, and promote and help product solution reuse and project secondary sales. 3. Responsible for solution management, driving functional departments and product PE teams to form marketing materials, deliverability evaluation and market competitiveness analysis for each solution based on customer needs. 4. Lead the team to establish and improve the relevant business processes and standards of the solution center, and achieve business indicators set by the company through operational excellence. 5. Set team and personal performance targets aligned with the functional responsibility and company strategy.
