Main Responsibilities - Understand and interpret technical perspective information of customers on marketing present, customer demands and format this information for VTS team; - Identify the process vacuum issues discovered on customer site which may require adjusting and/or modifying to existing designs; - Understand how vacuum pumps linked to customers production process, then the process linked to customers business strategy, figure our service solution to optimize customers current process; - Communicate with VTS division, product companies, IV&SV and VTS local team for relevant technical resource, support VTS sales team to present service solution and service contract to customers; - Increase competence level of Sales team in how to offer service solution within primary sectors, contribute to the business growth of VTS. - Develop service solution and support customers to improve their process capabilities and operational efficiency - Work closely with VTS sales team to identify business opportunities and maximize business wins in primary sectors, provide upgrading or service solutions to customers from technical perspective. - Make and update training material and conduct training to improve product service knowledge, application knowledge to VTS team, end customers, distributors and OEMs; -Support on related technical and service product, and sales team in the business development. Skills / Knowledge / Experience Experience requirements - At least 5 years’ experience in Application and technical support function - Strong technical background combined with knowledge of application and technical support in vacuum pump service or similar machinery industry. - Previous experience of vacuum beneficial. Knowledge - Fluent both in written and oral English & Chinese. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
