Job Summary/工作概述 Seeking passionate brand owner to support the growth of Peet’s brand and business. This role plays a key role in shaping brand’s voice in onmi channels, to work with internal cross functions and agencies to deliver brand value through various campaigns, to strengthen the brand awareness and achieve brand objectives.
Key Accountabilities/主要职责 · Support the long-term brand communication strategy and lead yearly/seasonal brand communication plan and ideation process. · Develops and recommends integrated brand communication campaigns that closely tie up to brand goal, while supporting business growth and annual operating plan landing at the meantime. · Act as the key conduit to cross functional partners to build the seasonal brand approach, plans, brief, creatives, and ensure communication assets delivered. · Strategically utilizes our coffee story, barista, and stores with effective communication initiatives to provide the authentic brand values to our product ranges. · To manage timelines and workback schedules to deliver integrated brand initiatives against key dates and gates. · Other job-related branding work assigned by supervising line manager.
Required Qualifications/必要条件 · Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in the communication or advertising. · Deep understanding of Chinese local culture nuances, awareness of emerging social trends, creative integration across channels. · Passion for coffee marketing.
Preferred Qualifications/优先条件 · Solid understanding and experience in retail & chain industry.
