We are looking for a Regional Sales Specialist at ABB Motors and Generators. In this role you will join our Product Group Large AC Motors in selling company products within a designated geographical area in accordance with our strategy and in cooperation with ABB Local Sales Units. -Your responsibilities 61 Configure the product mechanically and electrically using the available tools 61 Provide timely and professional support to Customers and Local Sales unit, covering both technical and commercial topics, including price indication and trading conditions. 61 Reach assigned targets in terms of volume, profitability and mix 61 Lead a team effort to provide the best solution for the customers 61 Contribute to the development of new market opportunities in the designated territory supporting Country Sales Plan together with other sales professionals. 61 Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed in order to secure business and ethical targets are achieved. 61 Travel in the assigned Country/region in order to: o Follow-up the quotations together with the colleagues o Implementing the marketing strategy of the global organization o Work locally o Know your internal and external Counterparts 61 Other assigned tasks for Team improvement

- Requirements 61 A bachelor or master degree in Engineering, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering 61 At least 2 years of previous working experience in similar positions, preferably from an international context 61 Proactive, sales-oriented mind-set 61 Fluent English, both written and spoken, other language skills are a plus 61 Position includes travelling in your assigned geographical area for short term assignments
