1. Job Summary: Performs a wide variety of duties in the region related to implementing & enforcement of global processes and attainment of related KPIs, assist management the Quality of Service Performance, Qualification, Classification.
2. Duties & Responsibilities: Specific duties including, but not restricted to: 1) Facilitate operational excellence in the utilization of Cargowise One (CW1) 2) Act as contact for local operations support 3) Conduct training sessions as needed to empower teams with the necessary skills for optimal CW1 usage and Global Processes 4) Provide ongoing support to improvement in KPI's, Data Quality and Process Adherence by proactively analyzing results, identifying improvement opportunities . 5) Follow the superior's instructions and implement policies 6) Report any special occasions to a superior on time 7) Any other duties as assigned from time to time
3. Skills & Educational Requirements: 1) Detailed understanding of the end-to-end forwarding processes 2) Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin 4) Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software
4. Inter Relationships: Good contact with all personnel within the company and vendors
5. Working conditions: Flexible hours required occasionally
