Job Responsibilities: 1. Take full responsibility for the project management of research activities related to the large molecule biological sample detection project. 2. Develop experimental plans, adhere strictly to them, analyze research results, and compose comprehensive summary reports. 3. Monitor the progress of research activities, promptly address any issues encountered during experiments, review various experimental records to ensure they are timely, direct, accurate, and clear. 4. Implement standard operating procedures and proactively propose suggestions for their revision or supplementation. 5. Address concerns raised by the quality assurance department in a timely manner to ensure that all aspects of the research work meet established requirements. 6. If capacity allows, actively promote the development of a new analysis platform and lead the team towards continuous improvement.
Job Requirements: 1. A Master's degree or higher in immunology, molecular biology, or related fields. 2. Proficient in operating Elisa/MSD detection methods; experienced in pharmacokinetics (PK) and anti-drug antibody (ADA) assessments; skilled in method development and problem-solving with a solid understanding of blood drug concentration analysis, immunogenicity assessment, biomarker analysis, and clinical immunogenicity evaluation of vaccines within biological matrices. 3. Excellent communication skills when interacting with colleagues and external partners. 4. Strong English language proficiency encompassing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
