工作职责:
61 Leads a high-performance in vitro biology team, provides effective mentorship and performance management. Ensures projects’ high-quality delivery and maintenance of customer satisfaction.
61 Manages the design, validation, and execution of in vitro biochemical and cellular plate-based screening assays in diverse assay types. Responsible for assay quality, data records, timely and professional reporting/interpretation of experimental results to clients.
61 Fosters transparent and supportive communications with clients, project teams, and internally with other cross-functional business units and stake-holders. Technical support for BD work.
61 Ensures proper training, SOP management, and full compliance of operation rules for team members.
任职资格:
61 PhD degree in biology, biochemistry, cellular biology, or related major, with more than 6 years of working experience in industry setting; or Master degree with more than 11 years of experience in industry setting
61 Working experience in CRO setting is a must. At least 3-5 years bench scientist experiences. Experience in supporting large Pharma clients is highly desired.
61 Deep expertise in plate-based biology screening assays, including biochemical assays and cellular assays. In-depth knowledge and experience in assay development, validation and troubleshooting.
61 Expertise in High Throughput Screening (HTS) platform and familiarity with automation workstation
61 Excellent communications in both written and spoken English
61 Good leadership with team management experience for at least 3 years; successful track record of training and managing team in good compliance at a CRO
