Job responsibilities：
1) Participate in product development and design;
2) Be responsible for testing and verification of each stage of the product;
3) Provide technical support for new products, fabrics, processes, etc.;
4) Prepare product specifications, test plans and other related technical information based on customer needs, international standards and national standards;
5)Assist the quality department to formulate quality standards and improve product quality;
6) Prepare relevant document reports and records in a timely manner;
7) Assist in handling customer complaints and important quality issues.

Qualifications:
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上相关本职工作经验。
2. 英语四级以上，熟练的英文读写和口语交流能力。
3. 面料/材料/设计类专业毕业。
4. 有户外产品开发经验，熟悉产品开发流程及性能测试。
5. 能够独自处理产品的技术和质量问题，执行能力强。
6. 能适应长三角和珠三角出差。
7. 具有较强的学习和时间管理能力，良好的沟通交流能力，团队合作精神。
