The role will be instrumental in change control, work as quality representative for NPD/EPD/Cross border project and other aspects of QMS responsible for continual improvement in achieving quality excellence. Act as medical device quality management personal.
Scope and Accountabilities:
Change Control, NPD, EPD and Cross Boarder Project · Review and provide input on product design from quality perspective, identifying potential issues that could affect customer/consumer satisfaction during the early design phase. · Work as quality representative to provide quality input to ensure change control process are effectively followed to meet requirements from China market. · Ensure ‘good to go’ assessment and actions completed to meet ‘fit for China’ requirement. · Criteria alignment and GSP update on the storage and transportation to ensure the new product launch. · Review and file GFS, product launch readiness, conduct the product release. Quality data analysis and reporting. Ie. Metrics, PMS, MR, Monthly quality deck, Weekly Report. Act as the quality management personal for medical device, includes quality assurance in product release, quality management system (QMS) maintain, ect. KPI data monitor in Quality One system: Ensure that metrics are regularly reported in-line with the company metrics &timelines. Act as quality management personal and performance products release of SSL. Ensure Quality and Compliance of cosmetics products and processes. Support Commercial Quality Manager to maintaince and update the local quality management system (QMS) to ensure comply with Reckitt global requirement and related regulation.
Skills & Experience required: Minimum 5 years of commercial quality working experience or supply quality experience. Good communication skills in both written and oral (Chinese &English).
Professional qualifications required: Must have a college degree or above in medical device related majors (including medical device, biomedical engineering, mechanical, electronic, medical, biological engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, nursing, rehabilitation, laboratory science, computer, law, management, etc., the same below) or intermediate or above professional title.
