1. Provide related Mechanical services of BHS products including but not limited to installation, repairing, upgrading, evaluation, maintenance, machine relocation, performance improvement.

1. Troubleshooting and maintenance of Digital print machines at customer site, and analyze root cause accordingly.
在客户处维修维护数码印刷机械设备,并对问题进行相应分析。
2. Machine start-up, train customer regarding operation, maintenance and spare parts knowledge.
调试机器，培训客户操作，维护设备以及相关的备件知识。
3. Advise spare parts, maintenance to customers.
给客户提供备件、维护建议。
4. Based on site findings, experience, provide product improvement suggestion.
根据现场发现、维修经验，提供产品改善建议。
5. Prepare report according to department regulations.
根据部门规定撰写相应报告。
6. Sales support (show, customer tour).
销售支持（展览、客户参观）。
7. Maintain customer relationship.
维护客户关系。
8. Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成主管安排的其他任务和工作。
9. Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

任职要求
1. Electrical engineering background, bachelor or diploma degree.
电气工程学背景，大专以上学历。
2. 2-3 years field experience of maintenance/troubleshooting to heavy duty machines.
2-3年维修维护重型机械的经验。
3. Understand mechanical drawings and plant layouts, basic skills in pneumatic / hydraulic System-operations.
理解机械图纸和安装图纸，对液压和气动系统有基本认知。
4. Willing to travel frequently in China and outside China.
愿意经常国内外出差。
5. Can work under pressure, committed, dedicated and conscientious.

6. Good communication skills.

7. English spoken and written.
