Job Description:
- Provide business and functional analysis for transaction banking projects;
- Able to perform in -depth analysis of business data with relevant stake holders;
- To act as bridge between stakeholders and vendors to translate the business and regulatory needs into user requirements understood by the developers;
- To identify and map requirements between internal systems and external parties.i.e., Regulator;
- To collaborate with Vendor to analyse the user requirements and ensure deliverables fulfil user requirement;
- To define UAT cases and coordinated the testing , Ensure defects are tracked, followed up and closed timely. Establish and maintain close communication with Business and Operations to support day-to -day operation;
- Provide user training and draft Standard Operation Procedure documentation;
- To plan and support for users' participation during lmplementation for Users Sanity and /or Penny Testing (PVT);
- Works in dependently to resolve issues and /or identify solutions on a timely manner.
