职位描述 1、Financial Operations 财务运营: 1 )Timely payment and accurate recording of mall-related utility/service bills精准执行商场物业费/水电费等账单支付及台账管理; 2 )Manage payment cycle for store operational expenses (rent/equipment maintenance/marketing)统筹门店租金/设备维护/营销活动等周期性费用支付; 2、Store Maintenance Coordination 门店运维协调: 1 )Track repair progress with vendors & document service records对接第三方服务商跟进维修进度,建立服务档案 2 )Establish emergency response SOP for equipment failures制定设备故障应急响应标准化流程; 3、Data Support 数据支持: 1 )Daily sales/customer flow data verification & exception analysis门店销售/客流数据核查及异常波动归因分析; 2 )Assist in compiling and organizing data for ad hoc headquarters reporting requirements.协助整理数据准备不定期的总部报告内容。 技能要求 硬性条件 2+ years retail back-office experience (electronics/FMCG preferred)2年以上零售后台经验(3C/快消行业优先); 能力项 1、Expert in Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTable) 精通Excel函数; 2、Data sensitivity with statistical analysis capability具备数据洞察力与基础统计分析能力; 软性素质 1、Multi-tasking under pressure with 120% execution强抗压多线程工作执行力; 2、Growth mindset with process innovation awareness持续迭代的流程创新意识。
