85 Product marketing and management o Create comprehensive product selling points and claims that fulfil the market, consumer and client needs. Conduct market research, studies and testing where applicable. o Create core ideas (brand and product stories etc) and marketing assets to enhance brand image and likability. o Coordinate with German HQ, internal and other external parties on product management (e.g. artworks, registration, new products) and other tasks. 85 Marketing communications and activations o Create annual marketing plans and manage the IMC within the assigned scope to boost short-term and long-term brand growth, from ideation, proposal, metrics set-up, budgeting, agency or media management, activation to post-analysis and reporting. o Formulate the marketing strategy on Douyin and execute accordingly to build the 5A brand pool, e.g. communications, content management, KOL/KOC, paid ads. o Develop plans around the sport angle to strengthen the brand image and accelerate marketing efficiencies, either campaign-based or always-on. 85 Others o Work closely with the cross-functional departments with projects initiated either by marketing team, EC/KA team or HQ o Commit to innovation to breakthrough the brand growth while possess business acumen o Other jobs assigned by the line manager
Requirements: 85 Bachelor’s degree or higher 85 Native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English (professional level, verbal and written) 85 Minimum 5 years of experience in a company’s marketing department (preferably FMCG or cosmetics industry) 85 Clear understanding of marketing principles 85 Proven records of leading successful Douyin marketing activities with strong innovation 85 Entrepreneurship: self-motivated, results-driven, resilient, problem-solving and can-do attitude 85 Open-minded and can evolve with the company growth and stage 85 Strong project management skills, ownership and analytical skills 85 Sound communication skills and presentation skills (both PowerPoint skills and presenting skills)
