Responsibilities 1. Take care of the training execution for the retail stores, including virtual class conducting, Leonardo digital learning tracking. 2. Delivery of virtual classroom training 3. Post training follow up by managing Training Ambassadors to make sure the key training tasks are down to the earth. 4. Training of Leonardo contents with communication and cross-departmental collaboration. 5. Project Management, including but not limited to corporate project (on boarding program, RB expert, Oakley Expert, etc.), local project (ambassador program, selling competition etc.)
Requirement: - 3-5 year working experience in Commercial Training in Retail/Fashion/Luxury/Cosmetic industry - Bachelor degree or above - Previous has experiences of Training material development, able to giving instruction, good presentation skill - Good Project Management experiences, able to well handle multi-tasking - Well command English in written, workable oral English is plus - Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PPT
