85 Developing performance management dashboard and providing insights from internal data analysis & internal/external reports to identify both the commercial & capability opportunities; 85 Responsible for sales annual main incentive policy, top sales, special incentive scheme design & alignment Liaisons with sales and marketing teams to monitor performance and productivity of sales force. 85 Develops and implements the Sales Force Incentive program 85 Continuously evaluates processes and identify opportunities for improvement. 85 Identifies sales effectiveness best practices and share across teams. 85 Analyzes sales information and call performance data and recommends appropriate action plans 85 Designs and develops reporting systems and ensures timely management information and reporting through coordination with IT, Finance, HR, Medical departments. 85 Assists and supports the Sales Management team in planning and coordinating the sales force activities 85 Supports cross-functional department heads on other projects in involving sales force effectiveness Requirement: 85 8 years+ experience as a Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operation, Business Strategy & Planning. Experience in project definition and analysis identifying business needs and requirements. 85 Experience in multinational company is preferred 85 Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science
