Play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies, including brand TPR & e-PR, corporate PR to enhance the brand and company’s reputation, build brand awareness and foster positive relationship with stakeholders. This position requires a strategic and creative thinker with excellent communication skills and proven track record in public relations. Media relations - Build, manage and support the brand relationships with journalist, celebrities, socialites, opinion leaders, etc. - Proactively pitch and secure media coverage to increase brand visibility. - Regularly send out PR messages and follow up on all editorial results. - Identify and execute high-quality product placement opportunities/ other quality exposure. - Coordinate with PR agencies in the implementation of the yearly communication plan. PR and e-PR content creation and communication - Develop compelling and engaging content for press releases, articles and other communication materials. - Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all media channels. - Monitor social media channels for social sentiment and industry trends and take effective action. Event management - With tangible goal settings, propose and organize PR events based on annual marketing calendar. - Support and manage, with vendors, all set up / decoration aspects of events and to ensure the compliance with brand guidelines. Crisis management - Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate potential issues. - Train spokesperson for the company.
Requirements: - University degree or above. - 8+ years PR experience in the international brands or well-known PR agencies, relevant industry, premium brands preferred. - Fluent Chinese and English speaking and writing. - Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, good planning and organizing skills with ability to cope with changes. - Strong interpersonal skills.
