KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Develop a comprehensive content strategy and plan, and define a calendar of content initiatives.
2. Create narratives and compelling messaging to strengthen thought leadership and position WuXi Biologics as a leader in the industry.
3. Formulate and execute content distribution strategies to maximize reach, engagement and impact across various channels.
4. Manage both in-house and external writing resources to schedule, proofread, publish and optimize content for various platforms to ensure quality, clarity, consistency and alignment with strategic priorities, upholding CRDMO+ branding.
5. Track and measure the success of content and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content promotion to drive innovation.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with public, financial and industry media to promote positive media coverage through content development and strategic media initiatives to strengthen corporate brand.
8. Work closely as part of the Corporate Communication and Public Affairs organization within the company to enhance the brand’s visibility.
9. Regularly evaluate, prioritize and optimize PR opportunities as they arise.


REQUIREMENTS
1. Extensive copywriting experience in press releases and other communication projects with a minimum of 8-year solid experience in editorial, and/or content strategy or related roles
2. A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates a proven track record of powerful and impactful storytelling deliveries
3. Outstanding English and Chinese language proficiency, both written and oral
4. A deep understanding of biologics and the healthcare industry in both China and global markets
5. Media relations, issue management and crisis management in a very fast-moving environment

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE
1. Experience in the media industry, PR agency would be advantageous
2. Biologics and healthcare educational and industry background is a plus
Overseas education and working experience is preferred
3. Native-level proficiency in English is a major plus
4. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork spirit
