目的
负责协助销售团队的业务增长，指导和协调产品线的所有销售活动，管理开发团队，提前规划流行趋势及每季样品开发计划，从产品开发采购订单执行到交付，带领整个开发团队研发出热销新产品，以满足客户需求并实现业务目标。
1.对流行趋势有敏锐的眼光和洞察力，定期走访面料、成衣市场，掌握市场流行趋势，结合品牌调性, 带领开发团队开展自主研发从0-1工作。
2.依据公司品牌客户或设计师要求开发热销产品，适合亚麻类、全麻面料梭织类、麻纺化纤与天然纤维交织类。
3.根据品牌风格，收集整理最新潮流资讯配合产品的主题、 款式、 颜色、 面料等，结合设计师的意念进行织物纹理设计。
4.负责样品的收集、整理及分类。
5.整理趋势，制定开发计划，引导设计方向，完成材料企划。
6.管控所有面料样品的品质、周期，确保研发，打版及量产的顺利进行。
7.规范和梳理供应商资源，参与制定季度和年度产能规划，保证供应商能提供有竞争力的产能。
8.综合季度采购规划与设计工艺要求，做好成本规划方案并落实到位。
9.负责面料开发过程中具体要求和工艺确认，开发进度的控制，面料成本的核算，并深入纤维、纺纱以及织造、染厂沟通解决开发过程遇到的问题。
10.进行当季功能型面料流行图案设计规划，并通过不同的工艺手法（包括纱线选择、织造花型、面料色彩等元素）不同面向的开发落实。
11.协同团队各环节人员对流行资讯快速反应，及时转化为产品，适应市场需求。

任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，纺织工程专业，（特别优秀的专业可考虑放宽）。
2.至少7年以上梭织面料开发及相关工作经验。
3.熟悉各种梭织面料组织，擅长梭织面料设计与分析，具备独立开发设计面料能力优先。
4.熟悉面料、服装等测试标准及相关品质指标。
5.具备优秀的沟通能力及协调能力。
6.英语能流利沟通及专业书写（必须）。
7.团队协作能力强，积极乐观，抗压能力强。
8.能够灵活地经常出差参加贸易展览会和访问工厂，以了解最新的市场情况，提出独特的产品主张。
PURPOSE:
Responsible for assisting the sales team in business growth, guiding and coordinating all sales activities of the product line, managing the development team, planning fashion trends and quarterly sample development plan in advance, leading the entire development team from product development purchase order execution to delivery to develop hot new products to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
1.Have a keen eye and insight into fashion trends, regularly visit the fabric and garment market, grasp the market trend, combine the tone of the brand, lead the development team to carry out independent research and development from 0-1 work.
2.According to the requirements of the company's brand customers or designers to develop hot products, suitable for flax, general hemp fabric woven category, flax spinning chemical fiber and natural fiber interwoven category.
3.According to the brand style, collect and sort out the latest trend information with the product theme, style, color, fabric, etc., and design the fabric texture according to the designer's idea.
4.Responsible for sample collection, sorting and classification.
5.Sort out the trend, formulate the development plan, guide the design direction and complete the material planning.
6.Control the quality and cycle of all fabric samples to ensure the smooth development, printing and mass production.
7.Standardized and sorted out supplier resources, participated in the formulation of quarterly and annual capacity planning, and ensured that suppliers could provide competitive capacity.
8.Integrated quarterly procurement planning and design process requirements, made cost planning plans and put them in place.
9.Responsible for the specific requirements and process confirmation in the fabric development process, the control of development progress, the accounting of fabric cost, and in-depth communication with the fiber, spinning, weaving and dyeing factories to solve the problems encountered in the development process.
10.Carry out popular pattern design planning of functional fabrics in the season, and develop and implement different aspects of different process techniques (including yarn selection, weaving pattern, fabric color and other elements).
11.Cooperate with all members of the team to make rapid response to popular information, timely transform into products, and adapt to market demand.
12.Complete other assigned tasks。
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1.Familiar with woven fabrics - garments from 0-1 development of the whole process
2.Familiar with international fashion trends in Europe and America
3.At least be able to routine fabric composition analysis, with the ability to independently operate quarterly development samples
4.Familiar with fabric quality standards
QUALIFICATION:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in textile engineering (especially excellent majors can be considered relaxed).
2.At least 7 years experience in woven fabric development and related work.
3.Familiar with all kinds of woven fabric organization, good at woven fabric design and analysis, independent development and design ability is preferred.
4.Familiar with fabric, clothing and other testing standards and related quality indicators.
5.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
6.Fluent communication and professional writing in English (must).
7.Strong teamwork ability, positive and optimistic, strong ability to work under pressure.
8.Flexibility to travel frequently to trade fairs and factory visits to understand the latest market conditions and put forward unique product propositions.
