Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pricing Coordinator to join our Revenue Management team in Shanghai. The Pricing Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring price compliance, enhancing profitability through strategic pricing actions, and providing effective price guidance to our Sales team. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent data management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities 61 Price Compliance and Maintenance: Ensure accurate pricing in our ERP system, including uploading and maintaining prices. 61 Profitability Enhancement: Process price deviation requests from the Sales team and provide actionable pricing suggestions to enhance profitability and close deals. 61 Performance Monitoring: Monitor and communicate changing market conditions, and assess performance of assigned markets/segments in terms of revenue, contribution, and price performance across product families. 61 Quick Wins and Optimization: Identify potential quick wins and opportunities for revenue and margin optimization.
Key Tasks 61 Pricing Implementation in ERP System: Manage pricing changes in the ERP system, including uploading and maintenance of prices (10% of time). 61 Price Deviation Processing: Handle price deviation requests from the Sales team and make price suggestions to enhance profitability and close deals (60% of time). 61 Pricing Performance Review and Reporting: Conduct pricing performance reviews and prepare reports (20% of time). 61 Price Deviation Tracking: Track price deviations to identify revenue and profit leakage points, and take corrective actions to optimize pricing and processes (10% of time).
Qualifications and Skills 61 Education: Bachelor’s degree. 61 Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Pricing or Commercial Analysis and Business Reporting 61 Language: Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus. 61 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Superuser level). 61 Analytical Skills: Ability to structure, analyze, and communicate findings from large datasets in a timely manner. 61 Behavioral Competencies: Hardworking and diligent.
