1. Price Compliance and Maintenance: Ensure accurate pricing in our ERP system, including uploading and maintaining prices.
2. Profitability Enhancement: Process price deviation requests from the Sales team and provide actionable pricing suggestions to enhance profitability and close deals.
3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and communicate changing market conditions, and assess performance of assigned markets/segments in terms of revenue, contribution, and price performance across product families.
4. Quick Wins and Optimization: Identify potential quick wins and opportunities for revenue and margin optimization.

What Are We Looking For?
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree.
2. Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Pricing or Commercial Analysis and Business Reporting
3. Language: Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency is a plus.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Superuser level).
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to structure, analyze, and communicate findings from large datasets in a timely manner.
6. Behavioral Competencies: Hardworking and diligent. Strong critical thinking and execution planning skills. Quick learner with a strong commitment to excellence.
