Job description:

● Technically accountable throughout the stages of product development and commercialization to ensure that our product is properly constructed to meet design intent and consequently manufactured under Wilson’s quality standards.
● Collaborates and supports PD team to review prototype sample for quality and accuracy.
● Works to resolve technical issues.
● Arrange and follow up on wear testing as necessary.
● Responsible for product testing and risk assessment during development stage, ensure the risks are resolved before buy ready, prepare proactive plans to prevent and correct any non-conformance in production.
● Familiar with the quality management process, experienced in building up better process.
● Familiar with the China regulation for apparel product, both in test standard and labelling requirements.
● Support QA manager in resolving quality related issues.

Requirements:

● At least 7 years working experience.
● Must have extended knowledge on garment manufacturing, with accessary experience is a plus.
● Familiar with most updated lab-testing methods and requirements for materials, manufacturing process and finished products.
● Cheerful and can do personality, ability to analyze and solve problems.
● Might require to travel to different cities.
● Good at written and spoken English.
● Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
