Position: Sales Engineer, Powder East China-Industry Coating System Group Report To: Sales Manager, East China-Industry Coating System Group Location: Shanghai Job Summary Be responsible for ICS powder equipment Sales in markets within East China to meet business growth target. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities 61 Explore, supervise and manage distributors to promote the sales of powder coating equipment in East China. 61 Explore new business opportunities, acquire customer’s information, maintain and enhance business relations with customers. 61 Effectively determine customer requirements and prepare appropriate quotations, contracts, and day-to-day business processes. 61 Explore sales opportunities for IC products directly and/or via distributors in designated areas. Promote these opportunities into sales orders. 61 Plan and organize sales and marketing related activities, such as product demos, product launches, and exhibition shows. 61 Effectively prepare monthly reports, sales target and forecasts, and submit to upper management on a timely basis. 61 Accountable for planning, achieving, and exceeding sales and business growth targets 61 Participate to improve customer satisfaction and achieve competition mindset by finding out and communicating to managements the needs and requirements of customers and competitors’ activities. 61 Prepare quality documentation i.e. contract as required by the company standard and guideline. 61 Share products knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc. 61 Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, and departments. 61 Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required. Education and Experience 61 Bachelor degree, major in Mechanism/Electronics Engineering or related field. 61 At least 3 years working experiences in industry coating equipment sales/marketing, working experience in NMC is preferred.
