- Implement the Index to entire supply chain of Asia and to all the business untis (Renner, Youcom and Camicado)
- Review the Index by factory, quarterly
- Define and manage strategic supplier, and their package of benefits
- Develop action plans for suppliers with poor performance and follow-up with merchandising team

- Develop a supplier data base and ensure it is updated
- Consolidate the sourcing plan of each division and business unit by season
- Develop and control a sourcing plan for strategic supplier
- Use our dashboard for risk management

- Develop and update when needed supplier registration
- Develop and update when needed suppliers on boarding manual
