Purpose of the position To assist in the implementation daily C & B work and related report, to ensure a consistent internal C&B support service in line with company related policies. Make sure all business action and strategy in align with Linde Group Value, Compliance, Safety and Quality related policies and in accordance with local government laws and regulations
Principal responsibilities — Handle procedures such as employee on boarding, resignation, transformation, regularization, contract renew and be responsible for personnel related document management — Maintain the change information in the HRIS timely such as SAP/E-Leave/E-Travel, etc — Be responsible for daily processing social insurance and housing fund, the vendor coordination and monitoring the government subsidy policies — Assist manage commercial insurance, smart plan and health check, and other welfare projects — Apply the special working hour follow the government policy and manage the attendance data — Support the employee residence permit and household registration processing — HR Monthly report such as headcount/turnover report related — Assist with HR audits and compliance reporting as needed — Other jobs line manager assigned

Required qualifications/experience — A good learner with strong self-driven ability — Bachelor’s degree or above,preferably in Human Resources Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields — At least 3 year of relevant experience in C&B — Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software, with strong data processing and analytical skills — Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills — Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
