Job descriptions：
1. Coordinate with suppliers and customers in order to ensure cargoes to move smoothly;
2. Be responsible for monitoring every step of operation including booking with shipping line, customs clearance & trucking company arrangement etc., solving the problem properly, and answering the questions from our customers efficiently;
3. Track and record each shipment in time, ensure goods to arrive on time;
4. Input job files into the system properly, cost control & selling rates checking etc.;
5. Make quotations for nomination cargoes and rate inquiries from overseas;
6. Assist line manager to finalize the SOP of ocean department;
7. Cooperate with inter-branches and support new logistics demands if any
8. Keep good relationship with customers, and report their new demands to the management;
9. Lead ocean department to work smoothly ;
10. Other tasks/reports assigned by the management;
Qualification Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or above with rich work experience of logistics industry;
2. Have the skill of computer operation, familiar with Word, Excel etc. office software;
3. Good command of English, written at least, preferably also fluent speaking;
4. Good at communication with both internally and externally;
5. Be proactive, aggressive, confident and team work spirits;
6. More than 5 years working experience in international logistics industry, preferably in Global freight forwarding companies and usage of CARGOWISE operation system ;
